Many camping tent manufacturers do not really back up the product they sell and will leave you in the cold if you need any help with their product. Luckily this is not the case with Coleman tents or any other of the great Coleman camping products. I have always had great luck with my Coleman tents but sometimes accidents happen. For example tent poles can have accidents and get broken. Some tent makers do not sell replacement poles, but if you accidentally break your Coleman tent poles you can get replacements and continue to enjoy your tent for a whole lot longer.
