Ask any outdoorsman what the absolute worst thing that can happen on a camping trip and most of them will say having a wet sleeping bag. Even synthetic sleeping bags, which are known for drying out quickly, are miserable to sleep in when they get wet. One way to keep your bag dry so you can have a great nights sleep no matter what the weather is by packing your sleeping bag in a dry gear bag. Dry bags are absolutely essential when you are on the water but for the average camper just in the outdoors these bags are also a great way to keep the gear that needs to stay dry that way for a comfortable trip.
