Winter camping can be real fun and having a Coleman heater can really take the chill out of the air. Of course with all heaters it is important that you use them correctly for the safety of everyone that is around them. Using a camping heater in your tent can be dangerous if certain measures are not taken. Your camping tent should be well ventilated since a heater uses up oxygen and creates carbon monoxide when it operates. This will ensure that there is plenty of oxygen around for both you and the heater to breathe. It is also very important to keep everything at least two feet away from the heater to ensure that a fire does not start. A Coleman camping heater is easy to use and makes camping warmer as long as proper care is taken for safety.
