Coleman camping stoves are some of the absolute best for the individual camper and even for large groups but no matter how good the stove is incorrect use of it can result in accidents. Your Coleman stove should always be placed on a level surface that is not flammable. You should never leave your stove unattended in case something goes wrong while it is lit and operating. Also let your Coleman stove completely cool off before packing it away or refueling it for the next use. If used properly these stoves will last for years and give you no problems what so ever throughout that time.
